🧾 Warranty Policy – CS Sportline


1. Overview

At CS Sportline, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our automotive accessories.
All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our high-performance standards.
This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding warranty coverage.


2. Warranty Coverage

Our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

The coverage period begins from the date of delivery:

Carbon Fiber Parts 6 Months
FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Parts 3 Months
ABS Plastic Parts 3 Months
Accessories / Trim Items 3 Months

This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects such as:

  • Structural failure due to poor workmanship

  • Delamination (for carbon fiber) under normal use

  • Incorrect fitment due to manufacturing fault


3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
❌ Damage due to incorrect installation or modification
❌ Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
❌ Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
❌ Paintwork, clear coat, or surface finish issues due to external exposure
❌ Damage caused by track use, off-road driving, or racing conditions
❌ Items altered, drilled, or modified after delivery

Note: Carbon fiber and FRP parts may require professional fitment.
Improper installation voids the warranty immediately.


4. Custom and Special-Order Items

Custom-coated or made-to-order items (e.g., carbon fiber with custom weave or gloss finish) are non-refundable and not covered under warranty for minor visual variations, as these are part of the hand-made process.


5. Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your product is defective and wish to make a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at admin@cssportline.co.za

  2. Include your order number, photos/videos clearly showing the issue, and a description of the defect.

  3. Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

If the claim is approved:

  • We may repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion.

  • The customer may be required to return the product for inspection.

Return shipping costs for warranty inspection are the responsibility of the customer.
If the claim is approved, we may cover or refund reasonable return shipping expenses.


6. Limitation of Liability

CS Sportline’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for:

  • Labor or installation costs

  • Vehicle damage

  • Loss of use or downtime

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from product failure


7. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
