🔁 Return & Refund Policy – CS Sportline
1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from CS Sportline.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund — provided it meets the return conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
✅ Be in original condition (unused, uninstalled, and undamaged)
✅ Include all original packaging and accessories
✅ Be returned within 30 days from the date you received it
Items returned with signs of installation, modification, or damage will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are made to order or custom-finished and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Custom carbon fiber products (special weave, coating, or color)

Painted or modified parts

Clearance or sale items
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email admin@cssportline.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review and approve your return request.

You’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, description, and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item after review at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
